About me
Originally from Los Angeles and now based in Chicago, I bring over 18 years of experience in education with a focus on teaching, coordinating, and developing instructional resources for diverse and special populations. My work has consistently centered Multilingual Learners and I'm passionate about creating equitable and engaging learning experiences. I am an EL Instructional Design & Development Specialist with the Office of Multilingual & Multicultural Education (OMME) at Chicago Public Schools. The best part of my role is getting to support schools and educators in advancing high-quality instruction for English Learners across the district.
