About me
Dr. Jacob Stefan is an equity-driven school and district leader with a track record of developing instructional leaders, scaling research-based practices, and transforming schools through strategic, high-impact professional learning. In the Office of Teaching & Learning at Chicago Public Schools, Jake leads the district’s curriculum-based professional learning strategy with a focus on adult learning design and equitable access to strong instruction for all students. He brings experience as a former school administrator, network instructional leader, department chair, instructional coach, and high school science teacher.
