Dive into a real-world case study of "STEAM Exploration Days" to see how one elementary school creatively restructured its schedule, allowing grade-level bands to break down silos and gather for powerful vertical and horizontal alignment. Participants will engage in a hands-on Micro:bit experience and walk away with an actionable toolkit (including master schedule ideas, collaborative planning protocols, and community partner frameworks) to immediately reclaim collaborative time within their own building.
