Participants will learn methods to develop and coach school Deans and RJC’s to be non-evaluative educational leaders in Domain 2 - The Classroom Environment. Deans and RJC’s are specialists in many facets of student behavior; particularly for challenging or high needs students. With the guidance of school admin, Deans can be a non-evaluative resource for teachers. They can visit classrooms, give feedback on classroom procedures, meet with teachers, parents, and students, and develop plans and/or goals for students’ classroom behaviors, as well as tools for managing them.
