School leaders will examine how building authentic, identity-affirming school and classroom communities requires intentional work to dismantle white supremacy culture and embed antiracist practices into teaching and learning. Participants will explore how antiracist pedagogy not only fosters equity and belonging but also strengthens all school spaces as rich opportunities for collaborative inquiry and mutual support.
