This OSHW/Carnegie ES session will demonstrate how the MTSS Theory of Action can be implemented to address health-related barriers to learning and improve health equity while prioritizing students furthest from opportunity. Health data will inform decision-making, describe how implementation plans can prioritize students including uninsured/unhoused, and identify a sequence of proactive interventions with measurable outcomes.
