This session provides a space to identify and design change ideas to eliminate equity gaps for students most impacted in your schools. The focus of this design lab is to cultivate a liberatory thinking collaborative space for school leaders to discuss their equity challenges and build strategies that improve student outcomes in alignment with their CIWP. Through a school leader TED Talk and a strategy sprint, school leaders will develop a 90-day action plan by thought partnering with the school leaders and the Office of Equity.
