SY27 Summer Leadership Development: Lead & Learn Forum

The High Overview of the CPS Equity Framework session invites all individuals, internal and external to CPS, to attend. All stakeholders should have shared language, tools, and accountability to create more equitable learning experiences and outcomes for all students. This session introduces core elements of the CPS Equity Framework, Targeted Universalism, and the four dimensions of the Equity Lens. Participants will catalyze conversations through engagement with the CPS Equity Framework, serving as a starting point to create meaningful and impactful change. The High Overview Session serves as a prerequisite to future Equity Professional Learning.
