Many school leaders in CPS have a current Teach for America Corps Member in their building. Tamara Davis, Principal at Herzl Elementary is excited to share her successes and learnings from hiring within the program and leveraging their coaching model for support. This will also be an opportunity for school leaders to offer feedback to Teach for America. We welcome leaders both who are new to working with TFA and those who have partnered over the years.
