Grounded in Zaretta Hammond's Ready for Rigor framework, this session outlines how instructional leaders can support teachers in developing culturally responsive learning environments. Participants will explore how Hammond’s four quadrants can be utilized to unpack rigorous text/tasks, deepen student information processing, and construct collaborative coaching relationships that enhance the Instructional Core.
