Transition to Transformation: Leading Successful Middle Grades

This session explores the unique developmental stages of middle grade students and how school leaders can transition from standard practices to transformative leadership. Participants will hear directly from a principal co-host on how developmental insights drive leadership decisions, engage in peer-to-peer sharing about the emerging Middle Grades Success Strategy, and walk away with a research jigsaw protocol to use with their own staff.
