SY27 Summer Leadership Development: Lead & Learn Forum

In this session, school leaders will explore the newly revised High School ESL Resource Framework to understand how it supports English Learners across language proficiency levels and disciplines. Because this resource is new, we will focus first on understanding its design and purpose. Then, school leaders will collaborate to brainstorm initial next steps—such as identifying the key players and existing structures (like ILTs or CIWP goals) needed to eventually bring this work to life. School leaders will leave with a foundational understanding of the resource and a realistic starting point for future implementation in their buildings.
