This session seeks to provide high school leaders with the tools to build long-lasting, collaborative structures in their buildings. To do so, we will discuss how the MTSS framework is synonymous with "doing school well," identifying how these systems are codified for all foundations of the CIWP. As leaders grapple with how to effectively execute distributive leadership, professional learning, and strategic scheduling this summer, we will dive into guidance, scenarios, and problem-solving time focused on creating practical, tangible MTSS solutions. The goal? To move schools beyond siloed, reactive processes and to instead build a coherent, proactive school model that provides wrap-around supports conducive to student success.
