In this session participants will be introduced to the student-led restorative practice of Peer Conference. Peer Conference empowers students to contribute to a school-wide culture shift by leading preventive and responsive restorative practices with their peers. This session will offer an overview of the program and walk school leaders through the Peer Conference process and share the impact that Peer Conference has had on students and school communities.
