How do we transition our school cultures from filtering systems that seek "qualified" students to empowering environments that "support" all students? This interactive session demonstrates how school leaders can use student artifacts to drive strategic planning. This session provides a model that operates on the belief that you do not have to be an expert in a teacher’s content to be an asset to their context.
